Fysieke, chemische en mileu kenmerken.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"border-bottom: #999999 1px solid;\" colspan=\"2\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Industrias Ponsa produceert sinds 1974 een breed scala aan PP-garens. Het produktieproces begint met de extrusie van het granulaat. Hierbij geeft de chemische compositie het garen uitzonderlijke chemische, fysische en milieu kenmerken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PP garen kan als chemisch inert worden beschouwd vanwege zijn apolaire structuur. Hierdoor heeft het goede eigenschappen m.b.t. weerstand tegen een verscheidenheid aan chemische stoffen. Van de fysieke eigenschappen kan de weerstand tegen breuk door buigen en\/of vermoeidheid, goede tenaciteit, resistentie tegen impact en hoge thermische stabiliteit worden bereikt. Door blootstelling aan UV-licht van de zon (tussen 1 en 2 jaar) kan het degraderen door de vorming van zuurstofbindingen aan het oppervlak. Industrias Ponsa vervaardigt garen met additieven die de band voorzien van een zeer hoge weerstand tegen extern licht. Hierdoor wordt de ontbinding tot een minimum beperkt bij gebruik buitenshuis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Om de draad uit te rusten met de specifieke eigenschappen die sommige toepassingen en\/of sommige klanten wensen, gebruikt Industrias Ponsa de &#8220;Masterbatch&#8221; -techniek. Om deze reden worden bijvoorbeeld geconcentreerde pigmentmengsels (kleur) of additieven in het polypropyleen granulaat zelf verwerkt. Hierdoor wordt een garen van hoge kwaliteit verkregen dat altijd voldoet aan de specifieke eisen die de klant stelt. Dankzij de nauwe samenwerking tussen de R &#038; D-afdeling en medewerkers van de afdeling spinnen, is er een uitgebreide catalogus met draden met verschillende specifieke kenmerken voor zeer uiteenlopende toepassingen. Het proces dat wordt gebruikt met &#8220;Masterbatchs&#8221; maakt polypropyleenpigmentatie mogelijk zonder waterverbruik (vergeleken met andere verfprocessen) evenals de toevoeging van andere specifieke aditieven. De &#8220;Masterbatchs&#8221; die Ponsa gebruikt zijn van hoge kwaliteit en garanderen een goede verspreiding en homogeniteit van de additieven evenals een schoner produktieproces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Van alle textielvezels valt het polypropyleengaren binnen de categorie recycleerbaar (er zijn andere garens die dat niet doen niet zoals nylon, of vereisen een veel complexer proces, zoals polyester). Het recyclen van de PP is een eenvoudig proces dat in grote mate afhangt van de eerdere scheiding van het plastic afval. Hiervoor zijn er codes van scheiding van de kunststof volgens het type hars dat wordt gebruikt voor de vervaardiging ervan. De scheidingscode is de RIC (Resin Identification Code). Momenteel zijn de materialen die op relatief eenvoudige manier recyclebaar zijn gemarkeerd van 1 tot 6.
