POLYPRPYLEEN<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

PP-vezel is de synthetische vezel die het meest ecologisch is van allemaal, aangezien het de enige is die begint als een bijproduct. Binnen de Higgs Index is deze geclassificeerd als een van de meest duurzame vezels die er zijn.<\/p>\n

GERECYCLED PP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

De kenmerken van het resulterende product zijn vergelijkbaar met die van het nieuwe product, u kunt een product verkrijgen (stof, tape of draad met 30% -50% gerecycled materiaal). Sommige kleuren kunnen niet worden verkregen met gerecycled materiaal omdat gerecycled PP niet wit is.<\/p>\n

BIOLOGISCH AFBREEKBAAR PP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Deze PP breekt na 900 dagen buitenshuis af, de eigenschappen zijn vergelijkbaar met normale of nieuwe PP. De toepassingen zijn die van elk textielproduct dat bedoeld is om een \u200b\u200blevensduur van maximaal 3 jaar te hebben en vervolgens in het milieu te verdwijnen.<\/p>\n

COMPOSTABELE PLA<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Een vezel breekt in hetzelfde tempo af als de materialen die afkomstig zijn van de transformatie van natuurlijke producten. Hierdoor wordt de PLA een meststof voor landbouwgrond. Ecologische tapes<\/strong> zijn de toekomst.<\/p>\n

KATOEN<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Katoen is een volledig plantaardige vezel, die vanwege zijn zachte aanraking de belangrijkste markt is voor kleding in ecologische tapes. Industrias Ponsa heeft een getextureerd garen ontwikkeld genaamd COSLAN<\/strong><\/a>\u00ae, een duurzamer alternatief met dezelfde kenmerken.<\/p>\n

GERECYCLEERDE PES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Polyester kan worden gerecycled, vooral uit PET-flessen. Het is verkrijgbaar in hoge sterktegraad en ook getextureerd. Alle eigenschappen van het gerecyclede garen zijn vergelijkbaar met die van het nieuwe product.<\/p>\n<\/div>

ONZE INZET<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ponsa heeft ge\u00efnvesteerd in windenergie, een hoeveelheid elektriciteit opgewekt die gelijk is aan het verbruik van het bedrijf, en installeert ook zonnepanelen in zijn productie-installaties om voldoende elektrische energie te kunnen produceren voor de werking van de centrale.<\/p>\n

De beste manier om te recyclen is door het product voor een langere tijd te hergebruiken of te gebruiken. Niet alle producten kunnen voor onbepaalde tijd worden hergebruikt, de gebruiksduur wordt bepaald door gebruiksslijtage en het kan een risico voor de gebruiker zijn om deze niet na te leven. Daarom zetten we ons in voor de productie van ecologische tapes en kwaliteitsproducten.<\/p>\n<\/div>
